Quality Metals Return Policy


Product Condition

We accept returns only for unused, regularly stocked, and undamaged material. Materials that show signs of use, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.

Product Type

Custom, non-stock, special items, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Period

Customers must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, we reserve the right to deny the return.

Return Authorization

Customers must contact our customer service department or Account Manager to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any product. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued and credited back to the customer’s Quality Metals account.


A 10% restocking fee may apply for returns.


Exchange Eligibility

We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged products. Exchanges for different products or sizes are not allowed.

Exchange Process

Customers must contact our customer service department to initiate an exchange. We will provide instructions on how to return the defective or damaged product and will ship a replacement once the return is received and processed.
