National Sales Representative

We’re seeking a driven and resourceful individual to join our dynamic team as an Entry-Level National Sales Representative. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in connecting architects, contractors, and builders with our innovative and high-quality exterior metal panel solutions. You’ll gain valuable experience in the construction industry, develop strong sales skills, and contribute to the growth of a thriving company.

 

Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Utilize provided leads and research to identify potential new clients within your assigned territory.
  • Contact architects, contractors, and builders to introduce them to our product offerings and discuss their project needs.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for more in-depth conversations with senior sales representatives.

Client Relationship Management

  • Assist senior sales representatives in building and maintaining positive relationships with key clients.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and following up on client inquiries.
  • Gather and manage customer information and project details to ensure seamless communication and service.

Product Knowledge and Support

  • Learn about our diverse range of exterior metal panel products, their benefits, and their applications in various architectural projects.
  • Assist in preparing basic proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
  • Answer basic customer questions about product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Collaboration and Learning

  • Actively participate in training programs and shadowing opportunities to gain in-depth sales knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Collaborate with senior sales representatives, marketing, and production teams to ensure a smooth sales process and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas and learning from experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Bilingual- Spanish English preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM software, and Hubspot.
  • Eagerness to learn, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $38,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
