National Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Utilize provided leads and research to identify potential new clients within your assigned territory.
- Contact architects, contractors, and builders to introduce them to our product offerings and discuss their project needs.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for more in-depth conversations with senior sales representatives.
Client Relationship Management
- Assist senior sales representatives in building and maintaining positive relationships with key clients.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and following up on client inquiries.
- Gather and manage customer information and project details to ensure seamless communication and service.
Product Knowledge and Support
- Learn about our diverse range of exterior metal panel products, their benefits, and their applications in various architectural projects.
- Assist in preparing basic proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
- Answer basic customer questions about product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Collaboration and Learning
- Actively participate in training programs and shadowing opportunities to gain in-depth sales knowledge and industry expertise.
- Collaborate with senior sales representatives, marketing, and production teams to ensure a smooth sales process and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas and learning from experienced colleagues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Bilingual- Spanish English preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM software, and Hubspot.
- Eagerness to learn, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally is preferred.
